Improving My English Skills: Five English Books I Bought and Why

I want to improve my English skills and pass them on to my daughter. This week, I bought five English books and would like to share information about them with you.

Momo

I bought this book because my first daughter’s name is Momo. It is about time and the importance of prioritizing it in our lives. When I was younger, I thought that the most important thing in life was money, but now I realize that time with my family is much more valuable.

Coco Little Golden Book

I bought this book because my second daughter’s name is Coco, and it is based on the Disney Pixar movie ‘Coco’. The movie emphasizes the importance of family love, especially between a father and daughter.

Who Moved My Cheese

I know very little about this book, but it is famous in Japan for English learners. I am challenging myself to read it as a beginner, and incidentally, I love cheese.

Beauty and the Beast

This is a famous Disney movie, and the book seems to be suitable for beginners. I am excited to read it.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

This movie is also very famous, and the book is aimed at TOEIC level 400~. My English skills are like that of a baby, but I am determined to read this book.

I think I made great choices, and I will do my best to improve my English skills.
